Levi Bennett is a North Carolina real estate broker with Odell Realty. First licensed in the state of Florida in 2014, and North Carolina in 2020, he’s developed a diverse resume across several different real estate investment strategies in several markets. Having done “fix and flips” himself, he often helps clients identify on and off market properties for the purposes of flipping or long term holds. He’s closed several mulfi-family properties in both North Carolina and Florida, but spends most of his time specializing specifically in vacation home and short term rental investments, Levi first began selling vacation homes to Disney and Central Florida vacationers who wanted to offset the cost of buying a permanent home by renting to other vacationers. Thanks to platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, this strategy has been adopted far and wide, and now Levi is helping clients across the country who are interested in short term rental investment real estate around Charlotte, Lake Norman, the beach, and the North Carolina mountains.
Levi is married to Amy Bennett, also a broker with Odell realty, and their family, along with their son, Aspen are all originally from the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. They love Charlotte, the mountains and everything to do with Disney and the beaches on the Carolina and Florida coasts.
